About AthariPeople
Corbrook Awakening Abilities and Community Living Toronto are non-profit, charitable organizations that provide support for adults and youth with developmental disabilities in the Toronto and York Region. Together they have created a social enterprise – AthariPeople – Global Workforce Solutions (AP).
The concept of this social enterprise was born from the desire to expand our support in the broader international community along with the urgency to narrow the growing labour shortage of Developmental Service Workers in Canada.

How We Work
Recruitment Process
We source post-secondary graduates with health and social care backgrounds. Our 6-month intensive course equips students with the skills needed for DSW roles in Ontario.
Partnerships with
Educational Institutes
Collaborating with institutes in Kenya, Africa, we provide specialized training for employment opportunities in Ontario.
Immigration Services
We offer personalized immigration services to streamline the Canadian immigration process for recruited workers.
