Athari Global Workforce Solutions (“Athari”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your policy.
Athari seeks to empower job seekers who have intellectual disabilities and employers to come together for successful and supported employment opportunities. The Athari Platform may be used by individual job seekers, employers, and employment support providers (collectively referred to as the “Users” or “you” or “your”). The Athari Platform is developed and maintained by 14944569 CANADA INC. (“Athari”, “us”, “we”, “our”)
This Privacy Policy will help you better understand how we collect, use, share and store your personal information. If we change our privacy practices, we may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you about any significant changes by prominently posting a notice on the Athari Platform. If you provide personal information to us or access or use the Services after the Privacy Policy has been changed or notice of any changes has been provided, you will be deemed to have unconditionally consented to and agreed to such changes.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the Laws of Ontario and the Laws of Canada, where applicable.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Athari Platform, including the Athari website (collectively the “Service”).

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
Account means a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.
“Content” means any information and/or data You input or upload through the Platform.
“Device” means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
“Personal Data” means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable User.
“Platform” means the Platform “Athari”, accessible from website
“Service” refers to the Platform.
“Service Provider” means third-party companies or individuals employed by the Athari to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Athari, to perform services related to the Service, to assist the Athari in analyzing how the Service is used and process data on behalf of Athari.
“Usage Data” means data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
“User” means an individual interacting with the Athari Platform, for any reason, including consuming information about Athari, including but not limited to a job seeker, an employer and an employment support professional

We receive both personal information that is directly provided to us by you when you visit and use the Service and information that is passively or automatically collected from you, such as information collected from your browser or Device. This is collectively called the “Data.”

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. You will also be required to provide us with Personal Data to create an Account on the Athari Platform. We collect Personal Data directly from you. We may collect information from you when you create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the Athari Platform, including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or personal information or other material (collectively, “Content“). You (and anyone who can interact with your use of the Services) own and control the nature of the information, data, and other Content you share, subject to any applicable agreements and licenses, and Athari’s Terms of Use.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When you access the Service by or through a mobile Device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile Device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device.

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on the Platform and store certain information. Cookies are used to enhance your experience when using the Services and help us to remember your device, your actions and preferences (for example, login information, region selection). Cookies can be “Persistent” or “Session” Cookies. Persistent Cookies remain on your personal computer or mobile device when You go offline, while Session Cookies are deleted as soon as You close Your web browser.

Athari may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring the usage of our Service.
To manage your Account: to manage your registration as a User of the Service. The Personal Data you provide can give you access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to you as a User.
For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services you have purchased or of any other contract with us through the Service.
To contact you: To contact you by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application’s push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
To provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless you have opted not to receive such information.
To manage your requests: To attend to and manage your requests to us.
For business transfers: We may use our information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as an ongoing concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by us about our Service Users is among the assets transferred.
For other purposes: We may use your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and to improve our Service, products, services, marketing and your experience.

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
All Personal Information that is retained by us is stored on servers in Canada. Service Providers cannot download, alter or correct your Personal Data.

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Athari will take all steps commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.
Your rights over your Personal Data
Managing your Personal Data and Content
You may access, correct, amend, or delete your Personal Data and Content within Athari. You control all Personal Data and Content you upload. Content you delete (including Content containing personal information) may be retained in archived or backup copies for up to 60 days in order to enable you to restore/recover Content that was lost or deleted in error. For instructions on how to permanently delete Personal Data and/or Content from your Athari account or if you are having trouble accessing or correcting your Personal Data or Content, please contact us at dev@p4g.ca. We may ask you to provide additional information for identity verification purposes, or to verify that you are in possession of the particular Account.
Please note that permanent deletion of Content through this process may impair or disable your ability to restore previous Content. Please also note that Athari reserves the right to modify, edit or remove Content at its sole discretion in accordance with its Terms of Use.
Linked Services: Some of the Services contain links to or integrations with other services such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other media services and platforms whose information practices may be different than ours. Visitors and Customers should consult these other services’ privacy notices as we have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.
Access and Correction: You have the right to access and correct your Personal Data. Access to certain Personal Data that is collected from our Services and that we maintain may be available to you. For example, if you created a password-protected account within our Service, you can access that account to review the Information you provided. You can also correct your Personal Information directly by logging into your account.
Opt-Out Options: If you wish to opt out of some marketing communications, you may contact us at the contact information in the “how to contact us” section of this Policy, and request that we opt you out. We may ask you to provide additional information for identity verification purposes, or to verify that you are in possession of an applicable email account. If you have signed up to receive our emails and prefer not to receive marketing information from this Service, follow the “unsubscribe” instructions provided on any marketing email you receive from this Service. If you have signed up to receive text messages from us and no longer wish to receive such messages, you may follow the instructions to stop the delivery of such messages, which may include by replying “STOP” to the received text message. It may take up to 48 hours to process an opt-out request.
Withdrawing Consent: If you wish to withdraw consent to Athari collecting, using and disclosing your personal information in accordance with this Policy, you may contact us at the contact information in the “how to contact us” section of this Policy. However, such withdrawal may be subject to certain legal or contractual restrictions and may result in disruptions or the inability to access the Service.
Limiting the Personal Information you Provide: Other than information that is collected automatically in accordance with this Privacy Policy, you may browse the Athari website without providing your Personal Information and may limit the Personal Information you provide. However, certain limits may result in limited access and usability of the Service. For example, to create an Account, your name and email address will be required.
Destruction of Your Personal Data
You have the right to delete or request that we assist in deleting the Personal Data that we have collected about you.
Our Service may give you the ability to delete certain information about you from within the Service. Any information deleted in this manner is immediately removed from our database.
You may update, amend, or delete your Personal Data at any time by signing in to your Account, if you have one, and visiting the Account settings section that allows you to manage your Personal Data. You may also contact us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. Upon request, Your Personal Data will be deleted and a confirmation of deletion will be provided to you.
Please note, however, that we may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
If we need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your information and your jurisdiction requires consent from a parent/guardian, we may require your parent’s consent before we collect and use that information.
